Fishing for Data allows commercial fisheries to collect valuable oceanographic data, without any interruptions in the normal fishing activity. The data are valuable for the fisheries and for ocean scientists, modellers and forecasters.

This is a demonstration of the concept "Fishing for Data", by Cooper Van Vranken from Berring Data Collective together with Patrick Gorringe from SMHI (Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute).
